Sending Items for Repair:
Sending a product in for repair to AESG if fast and easy. Below is our procedure for sending an item in for repair.
1. Request an RMA.
There are two convenient ways to submit an RMA request. RMA requests can be submitted either electronically through our website or by fax. Please visit our RMA Request Page. When submitting a printable RMA request, please fax it to: (757) 631-3027; Attention RMA.
2. Package the equipment.
Package the equipment with foam using appropriate boxes or crates. We do not recommend the use of bubble wrap when packaging equipment..
3. Provide a packing slip and/or a zero dollar PO.
